Shift at Midnight has no manual save option. The game saves progress automatically only after you finish the entire current shift and reach the 6:00 AM results screen. If you die or force-quit before then, you must restart that shift from its beginning.

What Happens If You Quit Mid-Shift?
If you are killed during the shift, all progress from that night is lost. Force-quitting with Alt+F4 has the same result. The next session starts that shift again from its beginning.
How Multiplayer Saves Work
In multiplayer, story and day progress are saved locally only for the host. Guests retain only their personal achievements and character appearance cosmetics. Choose the player with the most stable network connection to host.
